We want you to love your ottoPepys jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at service@ottopepys.com to initiate your return.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include the return form provided by our team.
4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of your desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Items without original packaging
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over €50. ottoPepys is not responsible for lost return packages.
